The Halibut Cove Triangle

If you are short on time, and looking for outdoor activities, maybe you'd like to go hiking across the bay in Kachemak Bay State Park, visit Halibut Cove and have Dinner at the Saltry. We have the package for you, we call it ‘The Halibut Cove Triangle’.

Here is how it works: Bay Roamers Water Taxi will pick you up from the Homer dock, drop you off at the Glacier Spit/Saddle Trail head. When you are finished with your hike we pick you up and take you into Halibut Cove dropping you off at the Saltry Restaurant. After you have a chance to see Halibut Cove and have dinner you return to Homer on the 9:00 PM Danny J.

For over night guests of Cove Country Cabins Bay Roamers Water Taxi will bring you to our dock. The morning of check out the return to Homer is at 10:00 AM On the Danny J.
